Function normalize

normalize<T>(v, dst?): T
Divides a vector by its Euclidean length and returns the quotient.
Type Parameters
- T extends BaseArgType = Float64Array
Parameters
- v: BaseArgType
  The vector.
- Optional dst: T
  vector to hold result. If not passed in a new one is created.
Returns T
The normalized vector.
