Multiplies two quaternions

Parameters
- a: BaseArgType
  the first quaternion
- b: BaseArgType
  the second quaternion
- Optional dst: T
  quaternion to hold result. If not passed in a new one is created.
Returns T
A quaternion that is the result of a * b
