Function setTranslation

setTranslation<T>(a, v, dst?): T
Sets the translation component of a 3-by-3 matrix to the given vector.
Type Parameters
- T extends BaseArgType = Float64Array
Parameters
- a: BaseArgType
  The matrix.
- v: BaseArgType
  The vector.
- Optional dst: T
  matrix to hold result. If not passed a new one is created.
Returns T
The matrix with translation set.
